Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to everyone who uses Rtizan. It's part of our Terms of Service. The goal is simple: keep Rtizan safe, lawful, and respectful for everyone.
1. Content you may not submit or generate
You agree not to use the Service to create, upload, or request:
- Content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual-property rights.
- Photos of people without their consent, or content that violates someone's privacy or publicity rights.
- Sexually explicit material, or any sexual content involving minors.
- Content that depicts or promotes violence, self-harm, terrorism, or illegal activity.
- Hateful, harassing, or discriminatory content targeting people based on protected characteristics.
- Content that impersonates others or is designed to deceive, defraud, or mislead.
- Personal data of others that you do not have the right to share.
2. Prohibited activity
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
- Using bots, scrapers, or automated means to access the Service in violation of these terms.
- Circumventing content filters, usage limits, or security measures.
- Reselling or commercially exploiting generated artwork in violation of our Terms.
- Using the Service to build or train a competing AI model or dataset.
3. Responsible AI use
Our art generation relies on third-party AI models and is subject to their usage policies. You are responsible for the prompts and photos you submit and for how you use the artwork you generate.
4. Enforcement
We may remove content, limit features, or suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy, and we may report illegal activity to authorities. We may also refuse to fulfill any order that violates these rules.
