Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Rtizan LLC ("Rtizan," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the Rtizan mobile app, website, and related services (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Rtizan lets you generate AI artwork from photos of your space, preview it on your walls, and order it printed on gallery-wrapped canvas and shipped to you. Generated results are produced by AI and may vary; we do not guarantee any specific artistic outcome.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to make purchases. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Your content and licenses

  • Your inputs. You retain ownership of the photos and descriptions you submit ("Inputs"). You grant us a license to use them to operate the Service — including processing them with our AI providers to generate and visualize artwork and to fulfill your orders.
  • You have rights to your Inputs. You represent that you own or have permission to use any photo or content you upload, and that it does not infringe others' rights or violate our Acceptable Use Policy.
  • Generated artwork. Subject to your payment and these Terms, you may use the artwork we generate for you for personal, non-commercial purposes. AI-generated outputs may not be eligible for copyright protection and similar outputs may be generated for others.

4. Orders, pricing, and payment

  • Prices are shown in the app at checkout and may change over time.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total shown, including applicable taxes and shipping.
  • Because each canvas is custom-made to order, please review your artwork, size, and shipping details carefully before purchasing. See our Refunds & Returns Policy.
  • We may cancel or refuse an order (for example, due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or content that violates our policies).

5. Shipping

Shipping timelines and costs are described in our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited activity is described in our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including the Rtizan name, logo, software, and design, is owned by Rtizan LLC and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI outputs will meet your expectations.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RTIZAN LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rtizan LLC from claims arising out of your Inputs, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or for other legitimate business reasons.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to resolve disputes in the courts located in Ohio, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
