Shipping Policy

Here's what to expect once you place your Rtizan order. All times are estimates and may vary with demand, product size, and carrier conditions.

1. Production time

Each canvas is printed and gallery-wrapped to order. Production typically takes 2–5 business days before your order ships.

2. Shipping time

Once shipped, domestic delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location and the selected service. You'll receive a tracking number by email, and you can follow your order's status anytime on your Orders page.

3. Shipping costs

Standard shipping is included in every current canvas price. No separate shipping charge is added at checkout. If a destination or service is unavailable, we'll let you know before you pay.

4. Address accuracy

We validate shipping addresses for deliverability before purchase, but please double-check your address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If you spot a mistake, contact us immediately.

5. Tracking your order

Sign in and visit My Orders to see live status — from production through printing, shipped, and delivered — along with carrier tracking once available.

6. International shipping

Availability of international shipping is shown at checkout where offered. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country, which are the recipient's responsibility.

7. Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments

If your order is lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please reach out — see our Refunds & Returns policy. We'll work with the carrier and make it right.
