This Privacy Policy explains how Rtizan LLC ("Rtizan," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Rtizan mobile app and website (together, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide

  • Account information: your name, email address, and authentication identifiers (for example, when you sign in with Google or email/password).
  • Photos and prompts: photos of your room or space, and any text descriptions you provide, which we use to generate and visualize artwork for you.
  • Order and shipping details: shipping address, contact phone/email, and the items you purchase.
  • Support communications: the contents of support tickets and messages you send us.

Information collected automatically

  • Device and usage data: app version, device type, operating system, and interactions with the Service.
  • Diagnostics: crash logs and performance data (via Firebase Crashlytics) to keep the app stable.

Payment information

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not collect or store your full card number; Stripe handles card data under its own privacy and security standards.

2. How we use your information

  • To generate AI artwork and preview it in your space.
  • To produce, print, and ship your canvas orders.
  • To process payments, refunds, and returns.
  • To provide customer support and respond to your tickets.
  • To operate, secure, and improve the Service.
  • To send transactional messages (order confirmations, shipping updates).
  • To comply with legal obligations.

3. AI processing of your photos

To create your art, the photos and descriptions you submit are processed by Google's Gemini models through Google's AI APIs. We use these inputs to generate and refine artwork and to visualize it on your wall. We do not sell your photos, and we do not use them to identify you. Your generated artwork and the room analysis may be cached to support refinements within your session.

4. How we share information

We share information only as needed to run the Service, including with:

  • Google Firebase — authentication, database, hosting, and crash reporting.
  • Google Gemini / Google AI — AI art generation and image analysis.
  • Stripe — payment processing.
  • ShipEngine and shipping carriers — address validation, label creation, and delivery.
  • Print/fulfillment partners — to produce and ship your canvas.
  • Legal and safety — when required by law or to protect rights and safety.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You can request deletion at any time (see below).

6. Your rights and choices

  • Access and update: view and update your account details in the app or on the website.
  • Delete your account: request deletion in the app, on our Delete Account page, or by emailing support@rtizan.app.
  • Marketing: opt out of promotional emails using the unsubscribe link; we will still send transactional messages.
  • Regional rights: depending on where you live (e.g., the EEA/UK or California), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your data, and to object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.

7. Children's privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards (including Google Firebase security rules and encryption in transit) to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. International users

We operate in the United States, and your information may be processed in the U.S. and other countries where our service providers operate, which may have different data-protection laws than your country.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app or by email.
