Refunds & Returns

Every Rtizan canvas is custom-made to order from the artwork you create, so we handle returns a little differently than off-the-shelf retail. We stand behind the quality of our prints — here's how it works.
1. Our quality guarantee
If your canvas arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, we'll make it right with a free replacement or a full refund. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.
2. Custom / made-to-order items
Because each piece is printed and gallery-wrapped specifically for you, we generally cannot accept returns or offer refunds for buyer's remorse, a change of mind, or because the AI-generated art looks different from what you imagined. We strongly encourage you to use the in-app AR preview and size visualization to confirm your choice before ordering.
3. Order changes and cancellations
Need to change or cancel an order? Contact us as soon as possible. We can usually accommodate changes before the item enters production (printing). Once printing has started, we're unable to cancel or modify the order.
4. How to request a refund or replacement
- Open a ticket on our Support page (the fastest way), or email support@rtizan.app.
- Include your order number and, for damage/defects, a clear photo.
- We typically respond within 1–2 business days and resolve approved claims promptly.
5. Refund processing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
6. Lost or delayed shipments
If tracking shows your order is lost or significantly delayed in transit, contact us and we'll work with the carrier to locate it or send a replacement. See our Shipping Policy for details.
This policy is part of our Terms of Service and does not limit any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
